Presentation
Hello everyone,
I am Nathalie Bailly, human relations therapist.
With a Bachelor’s degree as a Marital and Family Counselor, I support people who are suffering not because “something is wrong” but because something is seeking to be expressed, to evolve, to be recognized. I help them go through questions, relational, emotional, and sexual difficulties, or periods of change.
I support people in their relationships, in the broad sense:
Relationship with others… and with oneself within the bond;
Couple relationship;
Parent–child relationship;
Relationship with one’s present or past family.
With a person who comes alone to a consultation, I help identify their relational mechanisms, not judge their choices. I work on the right to exist within the relationship, on self-esteem, on the value and the place they allow themselves to take in their life.
With families, I help decode what the conflict expresses about the need for autonomy, without undermining the parents. I help set clear rules and acknowledge everyone’s place. I offer a space where the parent can finally breathe without being judged.
With couples, I listen to both points of view without taking sides. I help decipher recurring arguments. I bring to light the needs hidden behind the reproaches. I teach how to communicate differently. I support difficult decisions (staying together, separating, reinventing themselves).
My approach is based on listening, kindness, and authentic communication, in order to help them better understand what they are experiencing and regain balance in their relationships.
I do not “treat” an illness.
I help to understand what is at play in relationships, to put things into words, to move out of blockages and to regain the ability to choose.
Every encounter is a space for expression, respect, and trust, where we move forward together toward a more peaceful relationship with ourselves and with others.
If you identify with these words, if you are experiencing tensions, conflicts, doubts, or situations of violence, please know that there is a space to talk about them.
