Presentation
With 10 years of experience in the youth welfare sector, I support children, adolescents and their parents through their difficulties.
Trained as an assistant in clinical psychology, I also see adults who are experiencing psychological distress.
With a constant concern to better understand and help the people I support, I have trained in transactional analysis.
I deeply believe in human beings, in their inner resources and their capacity for change. This is the principle on which I base my work. My goal is therefore to help you become aware of your resources so that you can grow.
In practical terms, I can support you if:
You feel a deep distress that prevents you from moving forward.
You are going through complicated events and you need to talk about them.
You are overwhelmed by fears, anxiety, and stress that paralyze you.
You have been confronted with a traumatic event and you are stuck in its particularly painful memory.
You are asking yourself questions about your role as a parent and about education.
…
See you soon!
