Stéphane Nana is an occupational and organizational psychologist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and registered with the commission of psychologists. His research in psychology has focused on the adaptation strategies of expatriate workers in Brussels when faced with situations of cultural difference. After gaining several professional experiences, notably in Cameroon as publishing director and editor-in-chief of the magazine “Mon psychologue” and in several organizations in Belgium such as the non-profit organization d’Cole, Manpower and the Well-being unit of the Federal Public Service Strategy and Support, he has been led to deal with issues of a social, family and professional nature such as: Support with orientation, reorientation and socio-professional retraining; Support for reconciling work life and private life; Support for the social reintegration of ex-offenders; Support for professional mobility and for helping expatriates adapt to situations involving cultural differences; Support for people suffering from malaise and distress at work; Support for victims of burnout and bore-out; Support for victims of harassment; Support for people suffering from depression and suicidal behaviour; Self-esteem and self-confidence; Conflict management; Management of emotions and thoughts; Stress– anguish– anxiety management; Family mediation; Parent–child mediation; Existential issues; Support against school dropout among pupils and students; Psychological support for immigrants facing social and economic integration difficulties; Psychological support for people dependent on alcohol, drugs, etc.; Psychological support for sex workers; Psychological support for the difficulties experienced by LGBTQIA+ people. To help his patients achieve a better sense of well-being, he combines a person-centered approach with guidance. He offers online and in-person consultations.
